The performance of aircraft tire has an obvious influence on the taking off and landing processes. Due to the taking off and landing processes have the highest accident rates, the investigation on impact resistance and wear resistance of the tires can improve the safety of the aircraft. In order to have a more accurate measuring to the performances of the tires and a more credible prediction to the life, a novel testbench was designed. A high speed hydraulic cylinder was chosen as the power source of the testbench. A better simulation to the landing process can be obtained by this testbench, and the measuring could be more precise. To prove the validity and rationality of the testbench, the novel system was researched by ADAMS. Based on the results of ADAMS, the design will be optimized further.
