    摘要:

    飞机轮胎的性能会直接影响飞机起降,而飞机起降过程也恰是飞行事故率最高的两个阶段,因此研究飞机轮胎的抗冲击、耐摩擦磨损性能会促进飞机安全性的提高。为更好地测试飞机轮胎各项性能、预测轮胎使用寿命,以液压高速缸作为动力源,设计一种全新的飞机轮胎试验平台,该试验平台可以更加真实地模拟轮胎与地面之间的运动,从而获得精确的轮胎性能参数。采用ADAMS虚拟样机技术对所设计的试验平台进行动力学仿真,证实了设计的合理性和有效性,也为试验平台后续的设计和优化提供了基础。

    Abstract:

    The performance of aircraft tire has an obvious influence on the taking off and landing processes. Due to the taking off and landing processes have the highest accident rates, the investigation on impact resistance and wear resistance of the tires can improve the safety of the aircraft. In order to have a more accurate measuring to the performances of the tires and a more credible prediction to the life, a novel testbench was designed. A high speed hydraulic cylinder was chosen as the power source of the testbench. A better simulation to the landing process can be obtained by this testbench, and the measuring could be more precise. To prove the validity and rationality of the testbench, the novel system was researched by ADAMS. Based on the results of ADAMS, the design will be optimized further.
