The plan of automatic system of medicine filled bottle is designed. Its mechanical system，pneumatic system, programmable logical controller (PLC) electrical system were designed, and the control programmer was developed. Automatic filled bottle、counted，sealed and tighten the cap，and stored of medicine can be implemented in the production process.
