An automatic highpressure cleaning machine was developed for a metal parts processing production line.Using the equipment, the residual metal scrap on surface and inside the cavity could be removed quickly.The overall design, mechanical structure design, electrical control system design were completed. When the equipment is used, it has advantages of stable work performance, convenient operation and good clean effect. The automation level of the production line is improved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced. 
