Abstract:Spinning is a highly effective manufacturing method for plastic materials, especially for thin wall cylinder and disc parts. The spinning method was used for the manufacturing simulation of stainless steel cylinder part, different simulation schemes were designed according to different technical parameters, and the simulation results were obtained. In addition, the optimization of technical parameters was done combining with orthogonal experimental method. It was a three factors and two levels experiment and variance method was used to analyze experimental results. The major factors and optimized combination were obtained, namely spinning wheel working angle was 20°, spinning wheel radius was 6 mm, feeding rate was 15 mm/s. It provides evidence for choosing the technical parameters in spinning manufacturing on stainless steel cylinder part.
