    摘要:

    酸轧联机压下油缸压力传感器外置安装时,延伸管路可能会造成压力损失和数据检测时滞问题。基于设计的酸轧联机压下油缸压力传感器数据采集系统,模拟实际压下油缸轧制状态,对压下油缸压力传感器的外置安装方式进行了高压实验研究。实验结果表明:在25 MPa左右的液压环境下,采用总长为5 m的直线型油管延伸压力传感器安装时,管路中最大相对压力损失为0719%;采用总长为5 m、弯头数为3个的弯折型油管延伸时,最大相对压力损失为0998%;时滞均在误差范围内。根据实验数据提出了压力传感器外置安装策略并进行了应用验证,现场调试结果表明,安装方案完全符合生产要求。

    Abstract:

    If the pressure sensor of screw down cylinder in acid rolling line is placed outside, problems can not be ignored because of the pressure loss in pipeline extension and time delay of data acquisition. Oriented to the data acquisition system of pressure sensor which is designed for the screw down cylinder in acid rolling line, the rolling state of the actual screw down cylinder is simulated to do the high pressure experimental research about external installation of pressure sensor on screw down cylinder. The experiments show that in terms of 5 m long pipeline extension, the result of the relatively maximum pressure loss value in straight pipeline is 0719% under about 25 MPa hydraulic pressure, and the value in curved pipeline of 3 bends and 5 m long extension is 0998%. Also, the value of time delay meet the requirements of error at the same time. According to the experimental data, the external placement strategy of the pressure sensor was put forward and the application verification was carried out. The results show that the method of placement meets the requirements of the production in adjustment onsite.
