    摘要:

    通过对传统黄金手镯压光工艺和压光机构的研究和分析,找出存在的问题,确立了技术冲突。根据TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵表得到解决问题的发明原理,根据合适的发明创新原理,得出问题的解决思路和具体设计方案与工作原理,设计出一种新型的黄金手镯压光机设备,有效地解决了传统黄金手镯压光过程中存在的问题。

    Abstract:

    The existing problems are found out and established the technical contradictions through researching and analyzing the traditional golden bracelet calender technology and calender institutions. The invention principle to solve the problem was obtained according to Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) contradiction matrix table, and then the solution of the problem thinking, concrete design scheme and working principle were obtained according to the right principle of the invention. A new type of golden bracelet calender equipment was designed. The equipment effectively solves the problems that exist in the process of traditional golden bracelet calender.
