    摘要:

    提出了一种挖掘机回转节能系统,从理论上阐述了该系统的工作原理。详细计算了该节能系统中能量回收元件的参数,利用AMESim软件对该系统进行建模仿真。结果表明:回转节能系统能够实现挖掘机回转制动能的回收再利用,达到了节能的目的,节能效率达到50.3%。

    Abstract:

    A kind of rotary energy-saving system is put forward, and its working principle has been expounded theoretically. The parameters of energy recovery device in this system were calculated in detail, and the system was modeled and simulated by AMESim software. The results show that the braking energy's recycling has been realized in the rotary energy-saving system, achieving the purpose of energy saving and the energy saving efficiency reaches 50.3%.
