    摘要:

    针对一种轮式装甲车辆上的轮毂零件孔壁相贯孔口去毛刺问题,改变现行钳工打磨难以满足功能要求的现状,提出两种倒圆机械加工工艺方案。对工艺方案分别进行了加工原理验证实验和试制件加工,比较两种方案的优缺点,并提出最终的解决办法。该工艺方案对类似零件的加工具有实际的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    For the problem of hub holewall intersection hole burring,which was used in wheeled armored vehicle, the current status of burring by fitter which was hard to meet the functional requirements was changed, two kinds of radiusing mechanical technologies were proposed. Processing principle verification and trial manufacture were conducted. Advantages and disadvantages of the two processes were compared. The final solution was proposed.This process has practical guiding significance for processing of similar parts.
