    摘要:

    轴流血泵体积小、结构简单、易植入等优点,成为人工心脏的热点研究。作者设计了一种轴流式血泵,运用RNG κ-ε湍流模型的数值模拟方法分析血泵流场分布,利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对血泵内部流场进行数值模拟。分析计算求得血泵流场的压力、速度,切应力等参数分布情况。总结血泵流场容易出现溶血和形成血栓的区域,以此为依据完成血泵结构的改进。结果表明:和原血泵相比,改进后的血泵流量输出性能得到提高,血泵的溶血概率降低,形成血栓的区域减小。

    Abstract:

    ue to the small size, the relatively simple structure, and easily implanted to the body, etc., Axial Blood Pump has become research focus of artificial heart. First, an axial blood pump is designed. Then RNG κ-ε turbulence model of the numerical simulation method was used for analysis flow field distribution in blood pump, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology was used to simulate the internal flow field of Blood Pump. The distribution of pressure, velocity and shear stress effects were gotten through calculating analysis. Finally, the areas that hemolysis and thrombus easily to appear were summarized, and the structure of blood pump was improved according to it. The results show as compared with the original blood pump, it has a better flow output capability, and the probability for hemolysis and thrombus formation areas are lowered in the improved blood pump.
