Abstract:To analyze the transmission characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline of the umbilical cord cable, the equivalent method is put forward. Using AMESim establish umbilical cord cable hydraulic pipeline of hydraulic simulation system, simulation was carried out and simulation results were analyzed to study hydraulic transmission characteristics of umbilical cord cable, and with similar principle of umbilical cord cable hydraulic transmission characteristic parameters were relatively analyzed to determine the umbilical cord cable hydraulic characteristic parameters of fluid resistance and fluid volume, liquid in expression form of the hydraulic system. According to the results of the analysis, the form of umbilical cable hydraulic transmission characteristics of the equivalent model is determined, and the fluid resistance and fluid, hydraulic concrete way are determined, and using the AMESim simulation, the equivalency of equivalent method is analyzed, and an equivalent model of the umbilical cord cable hydraulic pipeline construction form is determined. The simulation results can be used as a theoretical reference for the installation of the hydraulic equivalent of the umbilical cord cable.
