    摘要:

    为满足助力器电液模拟加载器控制系统的实时性需求,开发基于QNX的助力器电液模拟加载器实时控制系统。利用QNX实时操作系统精确定时性能,精确设定控制系统系统的控制周期。基于服务器/客户端模型编程实现多线程并发的实时控制系统,进一步应用互斥锁和条件变量实现线程同步。某型助力器加载试验结果表明:模拟加载器实时控制系统的实时性好,控制周期稳定为0.5 ms;多线程的共享数据读写正确,线程运行逻辑安全可靠;静、动态加载性能可满足实际工程应用。

    Abstract:

    To meet the realtime performance demand of the booster’selectrichydraulic loading simulator,the realtime control system was developed based on QNX.The cycle of the control system was set precisely by using accurate timing property in QNX RTOS.The real-time control system was developed based on server/client model to improve the realtime performance.MUTEX and CONVARDS(Conditional Variables)were applied to synchronize threads.The booster loading test results show that real-time control system control cycle can be fixed at 0.5 ms;problems that the read/write data error and logical error in multiple threads system have been solved;loading accuracy performance meets the demand of practical engineering projects.
