    摘要:

    针对在少故障样本情况下,建立状态识别决策表时数据离散化的阈值难以确定的问题,提出了将系统正常工作时状态参数变化区间的边界值作为状态参数离散化阈值来建立液压系统故障识别决策表,以此处理某型翻车机液压系统故障识别问题。应用粗糙集理论对建立的决策表进行属性约简,得到系统故障诊断的简化规则,并将这些规则存入故障诊断专家系统的知识库中用于系统故障识别。专家系统的现场诊断结果表明,应用该方法提取的故障诊断规则具有较高的鲁棒性。

    Abstract:

    A new approach for selecting threshold of data discretization is brought forward, aimed at solving difficult to establish state recognition decision table in less fault samples case. Boundary values of parameter variation interval in normal working condition were used as discrete threshold. Decision table of fault diagnosis was built, and was used to solve the problem of fault diagnosis of car dumper hydraulic system. Attributes of the built decision table were reduced based on rough set theory. The simplified rules of system fault diagnosis were obtained. These rules were stored in knowledge base of fault diagnosis expert system for car dumper hydraulic system. On-site diagnosis result of expert system proves the fault diagnosis rules extracted from application of this method have high robustness.
