    摘要:

    为了克服变量泵控制变量马达系统中泵和马达独立控制而存在系统溢流损失大、调节速度慢和没有发挥系统潜能等缺点,提出变量泵控制变量马达系统协调控制算法。变量泵对马达转速进行主动闭环控制;变量马达根据变量泵排量和马达转速要求进行预测控制而实现变量泵和变量马达的协调控制。变量泵闭环控制是时变系统,采用单神经元自适应PID控制算法;而对于变量马达控制,首先根据马达转速要求和变量泵排量计算马达预测排量,而后根据马达转速误差和转速误差变化率运用模糊控制算法修正马达预测排量而得到马达实际控制排量。对比仿真和实验表明:协调控制算法提高了变量泵控制变量马达系统响应速度,减少了系统溢流损失,验证了协调控制算法的正确性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    Coordinated control algorithm for variable pump controlling variable motor (VPCVM) is presented to overcome the defects, such as huge overflow losses, slow speed regulating and poor full capacity utilization, of variable pump and variable motor controlled independently. The variable pump closedloop control was to realize motor expected speed initiatively,while the variable motor was controlled by predictive control according to the pump displacement and motor expected speed, resulting in adjusting displacements of pump and motor concurrently.The variable pump closed-loop control was time-variant system and controlled by single neuron adaptive proportion integration differential (PID) control algorithm. The variable motor predictive displacement was calculated according to the pump displacement and motor expected speed for its control. The actual motor control displacement was obtained from the motor predictive displacement amended by fuzzy control algorithm whose two inputs were according to motor speed error and the change rate of motor speed error. Comparative simulation and experiment show that the coordinated control algorithm has the capacity for speeding up system response and reducing overflow losses for VPCVM system, and verified its correctness and effectiveness.
