A model of manufacturing resources management characterized by quick response to service demand was designed, for the lack of service capability of manufacturing resource sharing in the process of the development and application of the cloud manufacturing system, slow feedback to manufacture and such issues. This model included: the comprehensive classification scheme design of cross industry manufacturing resources, the supply and demand information process and the flow model development, the design of manufacturing resources optimization configuration scheme, etc. The development programs of each functional modules were studied and demonstrated effectiveness. Finally, the management program and system application model were designed, taking the cloud manufacturing system development of small general aviation manufacturing as example.
