    摘要:

    当前,轻量化已成为现代化汽车的一个重要发展趋势,而管材液压成形技术相比传统的冲压技术,可使汽车发动机托架、散热器支架等典型零部件的质量减轻30%左右,而且具有明显提高产品的刚度与强度、降低生产成本等多方面的技术优势与经济优势。结合实践工作经验,从管材液压成形技术的机制、工艺特点及失效形式出发,并以汽车发动机托架为主要研究对象,通过相应的成形实验,研究汽车发动机托架在液压成形过程中材料性能的变化,从而得出了在液压成形技术应用时应着重关注的要点问题。

    Abstract:

    At present, light weight has become an important trend of modern cars. Compared to conventional stamping technology,using hydroforming technology, weights of the car engine bracket, radiator brackets and other components reduce 30% or so. And hydroforming technology has many technical advantages and economic advantages, such as rigidity and strength of the products are improved significantly, production costs are reduced. Combined with practical work experience, from the mechanism, process characteristics and failure mode of the hydroforming technology, taking car engine bracket as the main object, by the corresponding experiments,the material properties changes in hydroforming process of the car engine bracket were explored, to arrive at the points that should be focused in the application of the hydroforming technology.
