    摘要:

    顶驱已经成为国际钻井作业的必配装备。以为现有转盘钻机研发顶驱为目标,针对转盘钻机液压顶驱主液压系统,展开性能仿真研究。基于液压系统分析软件,建立顶驱主液压系统的模型,完成液压系统的性能仿真分析。研究结果表明:新型液压顶驱的负载能力、转速以及响应速度均能满足钻井作业实际需求。研究成果为现有转盘钻机的改造提供了重要的理论支撑,对完成钻机改造具有工程实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Top drive systems have become essential equipment for international drilling rigs. Aiming at developing top drive systems for rotary disk drilling rigs, the simulation of the main hydraulic system of the hydraulic top drive systems was made. The model of the hydraulic system was built and the performance analysis of this system was done. The results show that the load capacity, the rotaryspeed and the response time of the main hydraulic system can meet the demands of the top drive system. The research provides important theoretical support for the reform of the rotary disk drilling systems and is valuable in practical application.
