    摘要:

    以高频破碎器为研究对象,对高频破碎器的结构及工作原理进行分析从而建立数学模型;利用MATLAB对其进行求解并运用AMESim软件对高频破碎器的振动系统进行建模和仿真分析,得出液压马达输出转速对高频破碎器的打击频率及打击速度的影响规律;通过ADAMS对高频破碎器进行建模和仿真,结果表明:仿真模型工作状态与高频破碎器在AMESim软件上运行情况和实际运行情况均相符,从而验证了数学模型的正确性。这为高频破碎器的设计提供了一种新的理论依据和方法。

    Abstract:

    Taking high frequency hammer as research object, firstly, a mathematical model was established by the analysis of the structure and operational principle of high frequency hammer. Secondly, the influential rules of the hydraulic pressure motor’s output speed on the impact frequency and velocity were obtained by using MATLAB to solve it and using AMESim software to model and simulate the vibration system of high frequency hammer. Finally, modeling and simulating high frequency hammer were achieved by ADAMS, which displayed that the working condition of simulation model accorded with the running situation on AMESim software and the real running situation of high frequency hammer. So the correctness of the mathematical model is verified.It provides new bases and methods for the research on high frequency hammer’s design.
