Deep hole’s inner wall blind hole is the technical difficulty in deep hole processing. According to the structural characteristics of deep hole’〖KG-*2〗g methods, a new deep hole’s inner wall blind hole processing device was designed. The design concept and working principle of the device were introduced. The design model of the device and the mechanical model of the drill bit were set up. Several experiments for the device were processed, to prove the processing feasibility of the device. The existed problems in processing and the factors affecting the machining precision were analyzed. According to the experiment results, several deficiencies and improvement ways about device were put forward. It provides important data for future improvements.
