    摘要:

    研究在干磨损条件下凸轮轴的磨损机制和磨损表面形貌的变化。计数体材料是 AISI 1020硼钢。用磨损测试持续时间和负载的函数计算样本质量损失以确定磨损量。凸轮轴轮廓的变化是在磨损过程中由液位传感器获取的。在整个测试过程中,在计算机屏幕上不断监测轮廓变化,以寻求沿接触面变化的凸轮表面磨损机制,最大磨损值只在凸轮的顶部。

    Abstract:

    The variation of the wear mechanism and the worn surface profile of the cam shaft were investigated under the dry wear conditions. (The samples which were made of AISI 1020 were hardened by induction). The counter body material was AISI 1020 boron steel.The wear was determined as weight losses of the samples as a function of wear test duration and loads. The variation of camshaft profile was captured by a level sensor during the wear. The profile variation was continuously monitored on the computer screen throughout the tests. It is found that the wear mechanisms of the cam surface change along the contact surface. The maximum wear value is obtained just to cam tip.
