    摘要:

    真空助力器带主缸总成是目前M1类车辆液压制动系统的重要安全部件,但国内还未形成相关的国家标准。依据汽车行业相关标准,分析真空助力器输入输出特性和制动主缸的工作特性,并进行了相关的台架试验。依照行业技术规范对真空助力器带主缸总成的工作特性进行了试验研究,并对结果进行了分析。总成特性的试验研究结果为制定真空助力器带主缸总成的测试评价提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Vacuum booster assembly with master cylinder is an important safety part for M1 category vehicles hydraulic braking system,but the relevant national standards has not been formed.According to automotive industry standards,input-output characteristics of the vacuum booster and brake master cylinder operating characteristics were analyzed,then bench test was made.In accordance with industry technical specifications,operating characteristics of the vacuum booster assembly with master cylinder were studied,and the results were analyzed.Experimental study on the characteristics of the assembly provides a reference for the development of the vacuum booster assembly with master cylinder testing and evaluation.
