    摘要:

    视觉定位技术在现代加工制造业中应用广泛。通过分析传统玻璃磨边加工流程,设计一种新的加工工艺,该工艺通过计算机和运动控制卡进行控制,以及通过CCD相机进行视觉定位。该工艺主要通过视觉定位和误差补偿确定工件准确坐标,然后根据该坐标修改加工程序再进行加工。此外,通过系统记录多个工件坐标,实现了阵列加工功能。实际应用证明:该加工工艺能显著提高加工精度和效率,具有广泛的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Visual positioning technology is widely used in modern processing and manufacturing industries. By analyzing the glass edging processing procedures, a new type of glass milling process was designed. The process was controlled by a computer and motion control card, visual targeting was implemented by a CCD camera. The process was mainly through visual positioning and error compensation to determine the exact coordinates of the workpiece, then the machining program was modified based on the coordinates and then processed. In addition, by recording a plurality of workpiece coordinate, array processing function was implemented.The practical application proves that the process can significantly improve the precision and efficiency, with a wide range of application value.
