    摘要:

    基于多体系统理论和坐标变换方法,构建某叶片数控磨床的几何误差模型。在此基础上,建立其精度分配优化目标函数,使用MATLAB遗传算法对各误差参数进行优化。优化后大多数经验设计变量值得到不同程度的放大,磨床的制造成本得以降低,且优化值均满足预定加工精度,有效地平衡了磨床的加工精度和经济性能。

    Abstract:

    A geometric error model of a kind of blade computer numberical control (CNC) grinder is established based on the theory of multibody system and coordinate transformation method. The objective function for optimizationin in accuracy distribution was built on the basis of it. Then MATLAB genetic algorithm was used to optimize all the error parameters. Most of the optimized experiential design variables were amplified in different extends, which reduced the manufacturing cost of the grinder. The optimized values are all satisfied with the predefined processing accuracy, which well balances the processing accuracy and the economic performance.
