    摘要:

    分析了连铸生产中结晶器采用液压伺服驱动的非正弦振动系统其液压油液污染对连铸生产及后续的机械设备的影响与危害性,通过将传统的过滤式污染物控制方案与基于离心机制的油品净化方案进行对比与分析,并且采用实际生产应用效果进行验证,提出采用离心式净油机实现结晶器液压振动系统中液压油油品净化的方案其应用的合理性、高效性和先进性。

    Abstract:

    In the production of continuous casting mould is analyzed for using the non -sinusoidal vibration system of hydraulic servo drive the hydraulic oil pollution on the influence of the continuous casting production and subsequent mechanical equipment and harmfulness. Through the traditional filtering pollutants control scheme and based on the mechanism of centrifugal oil purification scheme, comparison and analysis werer carried out,and use effect of the actual production application was validated. Centrifugal oil purifier is used and proposed to realize mould hydraulic vibration system of hydraulic oil in the oil purification research scheme, which application of rationality, efficiency and advanced are verified.
