Abstract:A style of the piezoelectric pumps driven by single lumen large vibrators passive valve is designed. Among them, the diameter of the piezoelectric vibrator was 70 mm, the thickness of 0.6 mm, and the umbrella the thickness of the rubber valve was 0.3 mm, and 10 mm in diameter. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the rationality of the piezoelectric pump output flow was validated. Concentration of 90% glycerol water solution was used in simulation for 234.6 mPa·s blood viscosity medium, and the output flow and pressure of the piezoelectric pumps driven by single lumen large vibrators under different working frequencies were tested. The experimental results show that in the input voltage is 110 V sine alternating current (AC) voltage, power signal frequency is 210 Hz, the maximum flow rate of 412.5 mL/min, the power signal frequency is 110 Hz, maximum pressure of 1.729×104 Pa is obtained. Test results provide the reference for research of the piezoelectric pumps driven by single lumen large vibrators.
