    摘要:

    全液压转向器是转向液压系统的核心,对其性能有重要影响。根据全液压转向器的内部结构特点和机构的工作原理,建立全液压转向器的静态数学模型,可知转向器的节流口面积和配流之间的关系。基于传递函数法搭建其静态数学模型,分析各种因素对元件工作特性的影响。基于AMESim建立系统全液压转向系统的仿真分析模型,对系统的动态特性进行分析,通过该模型对转向器、转向拉杆、轮胎等关键元件的动态特性进行分析,得出液压元件结构参数及系统参数变化对系统静动态特性的影响规律。搭建全液压转向系统试验台,通过试验验证分析结果的可靠性,为此类设计研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The full hydraulic steering control unit is the core of the hydraulic steering system, which has a major impact on its performance. According to the internal structural characteristics and working principle of the full hydraulic steering control unit, the static mathematical model of the hydraulic steering gear was established, and the relation between the flow orifice area and the stream was obtained. The mathematical model was built based on the transfer function method, and the effects of the various factors on the device operating characteristics were analyzed. The full hydraulic steering system simulation model was established based on AMESim, and the dynamic characteristics of the system was analyzed. Through the model, the dynamic characteristics of the steering control unit, steering rod, tires and other key components were compared. The influence laws of the structural parameters of the hydraulic components and system parameters change on the system static and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The full hydraulic steering system test bench was built, and the reliability of the analysis results was verified by experiments. The results provide a reference for the design of such research.
