    摘要:

    在采用UG对机床立柱进行参数化建模的基础上,使用ANSYS的Workbench模块对立柱进行模态分析,发现立柱一阶模态频率较低。然后通过对立柱尺寸参数进行灵敏度分析,得到对立柱一阶模态频率和质量影响较大的尺寸参数,并通过改变这些参数获得不同尺寸下立柱的特性。以此建立神经网络模型,得到立柱尺寸与其一阶模态频率和质量的对应关系。再使用遗传算法以不同的优化目标进行优化,并比较结果。最后得到合适的优化方案。

    Abstract:

    The ANSYS Workbench module is used to analyze the modal of the machine tool stand column based on a parametric modeling of the column conducted by UG.The first modal frequency was found to be relatively low.The dimensional parameters which have greater impact on the first modal frequency and mass of the column were found out by using sensitivity analysis on dimensional parameters of column. Accordingly, a basement about the changing dimension and the corresponding column properties was established. On this account, a neural network model was built to obtain corresponding relationship between the dimensional parameters of column with the first modal frequency and mass.The genetic algorithms were worked with different optimization target.Finally, an appropriate optimization scheme emerges by comparing the results.
