Abstract:Shock absorber performance test rig is a test equipment to simulate a quarter of vehicle suspension vibration system,its measurement and control system is consisted of data acquisition card, USB/RS485 converter, computer and measurement and control software. The measurement and control software was designed based on VC, including signal acquisition, frequency control, real-time waveform display and data processing, using multi-threaded parallel structure. The acquisition of the force, displacement, velocity and acceleration was realized based on the data acquisition board, the serial data communication between computer and frequency converter was realized based on Modbus protocol, digital filtering was adopted to realize real-time filtering processing, data storage was realized combining with the correlation function of VC. The experimental results verify the high stability of the measurement and control system which meets the test requirement with the accuracy data, reliable communication.
