According to the loading model characteristic of automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine, a pneumatic and hydraulic clamping device used in fine blanking machine lock template with high stability was designed.The hydraulic oil cylinder was used to control locking and loosening actions of the T-shaped block,the cylinder was used to control translational action of the T-shaped block under loosen state.Combining with the magnetic sensitive switch on the cylinder,the clamping and loosen operations of the lock template were realized.The clamping device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, is independent of each other between clamping devices, easy to maintain, and manufacturing cost is relatively low.It has been used in multi HFB series automatic hydraulic fine blanking machine successfully.
