    摘要:

    在进行大应变挤出切削有限元模拟时,改变刃带宽度,分别分析大应变挤出切削过程中的等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力、温度和切削力的变化规律。结果表明:其等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力和温度分布都呈带状;随着刃带宽度的增大,最大等效应变和最大等效应变率先增大后减小;最大等效应力和最高温度无明显变化,几乎都在433 MPa和133 ℃左右波动;主切削力和进给抗力的大小也无明显变化。

    Abstract:

    In finite element simulation for large strain extrusion machining, changing the width of the margin width, the change rules of effective strain, effective strain rate, effective stress, temperature and cutting force in large strain extrusion machining were analyzed.The results show that effective strain, effective strain rate, effective stress, temperature distribution are all banded. With increase of margin width, the maximum effective strain and the maximum effective strain rate at first increase and then decrease. The maximum effective stress and the maximum temperature have no obvious changes, almost all around 433 MPa and 133 ℃ fluctuation.There is no obvious change in the main cutting force and axial thrust force.
