    摘要:

    为了提高激光雕刻系统的精度,提出一种基于STC12C5608AD的高精度激光雕刻平台控制系统。以STC12C5608AD为系统的主控制器,采用带转换器的微步进驱动芯片A3967SLB作为步进电机的驱动器,两组电机运行状态依靠不同频率的PWM控制驱动器来实现步进电机细分控制。通过系统控制,系统可以在X向和Y向精确自动移动进行雕刻设计,根据电机的圈数,通过一定的数据分析处理可以计算出滑台的实时位移量,并反馈给控制器由显示设备输出。实验结果证明:该激光雕刻控制系统运行平稳,精度较高,可达0.01 mm以上,有一定的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    To improve the accuracy of the laser engraving system, a high-precision laser engraving control system was presented based on STC12C5608AD.STC12C5608AD was the master controller of the system,the micro-stepping drive chip A3967SLB with converter was stepper motor drive.Two motor running was relied on a different frequency PWM controller to realize stepper motor subdivision control. Through the control system, the system could accurately and automatically move in the X-axis and Y-axis to make sculptured design. According to the number of turns of the motor, through a certain data analysis, the displacement of the slide could be calculated real-time, and it was fed back to the controller output by the display device. Experimental results show that the laser engraving control system runs smoothly,has high precision accuracy up to 0.01 mm. It has certain practical value.
