    摘要:

    针对某型综合传动装置液压控制系统可靠性分配把握不准确的问题,利用模糊原理建立了其模糊数学模型。根据专家调查,对某型综合传动装置液压控制系统的评判依据、权重集、分值集和失效率等因素进行了专家评判和求解分析,完成了该液压系统可靠性的初步分配,研究结果对今后该型综合传动装置液压控制系统的故障预测、定期维修保养以及生产维修所需的标准数据库提供了一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at grasping uncertainty problem of the reliability allocation about hydraulic control system of an integrated transmission, the method that using the knowledge of fuzzy principle is used to build a model of fuzzy mathematics about reliability appointment. According to investigation by experts, statistic treatment and solution analysis of the weight set、value set, failure rate, and on the basis of judgement about the loader hydraulic system were accomplished to complete preliminary allocation of the reliability of hydraulic system. The research results provide a certain reference about the failure prediction、fixed period maintenance、and the standard database required in production repair of this hydraulic control system of an integrated transmission in the future.
