    摘要:

    基于VB开发了导轨精度预测系统软件,主要包含工程数据管理、有限元分析、精度保持性预测和精度保持性实验4个模块。工程数据管理的主要功能有导轨材料性库、导轨表面形貌数据库和实验数据库的存储、查询等功能。通过二次开发实现滑动导轨精度保持性预测系统与ABAQUS有限元软件有效结合。开发出导轨副精度保持性理论分析模块,实现在精度保持性理论指导下,对滑动导轨直线度进行分析,并绘制导轨直线度衰减图形。开发出导轨精度保持性实验分析模块,针对实际工况下实验,进行数据分析,得到导轨精度保持的时间,并绘制衰减图像和文本输出。

    Abstract:

    Based on Visual Basic (VB) developed software of a system for the guide rail accuracy predicting, which mainly contains four modules: engineering data management, finite element analysis (FEA), accuracy retentivity prediction and accuracy retentivity test. Engineering data management was mainly contained of a material base, a surface morphology database of the guide rail, and had the functions of experimental database storage, query and management, and etc. Through secondary development, the effective combination of sliding guide rail accuracy retentivity predicting system and ABAQUS FEA software was realized. By developing the guide accuracy retentivity theoretical analysis module, the straightness analysis was realized and draw an attenuation graph of the guide rail straightness was drawn under intruction of the theory. Finally, a guide accuracy retentivity analysis module was developed. Under the real working condition experiment, after analyzing the experimental data, the keeping time of guide rail accuracy is obtained, and an attenuation graph and the output text file is drawn.
