    摘要:

    为了远距离操控煤矿井下坑道钻机,针对PLC系统的体积和质量较大、不便于携带的缺点,利用单片机对该远程节点进行了设计。该节点以STM32微控制器为核心,采用CAN通信方式。介绍了节点的组成、两种不同类型开关以及模拟量的处理电路、CAN接口电路,软件采用状态机、数字滤波进行设计,最后通过实验验证节点设计的正确性。将该装置应用到坑道钻机中,使用结果表明,节点获取的数据正确、传输稳定,而且体积小。

    Abstract:

    In order to remote control a tunnel drilling rig in a coal mine, due to the shortcomings of the larger volume and mass of the programmable logical controller(PLC) system and not convenience for carrying, the remote control node is designed by microcontroller unit (MCU). The node was taken of STM32 MCU as the core and communicated via CAN bus. The composition of nodes was introduced, and for two different types of switches, analog processing circuit and CAN interface circuit, and state machine, digital filter design were applied in the software. Finally, the experiment verifies the correctness of the node design. The applicationin of the tunnel drilling rig shows that not only is node data acquired correctly and transmitted with stability, but also the volume is small.
