    摘要:

    冷带轧机液压AGC系统的控制精度决定了冷轧带钢的成品精度,而目前现场的液压AGC系统主要采用PID控制。针对液压AGC系统,在其中的液压压下伺服系统中应用模型算法控制(MAC),同液压AGC系统厚度外环的PID控制相结合,形成MAC-PID串级控制。同时,进行了轧制试验,试验结果表明:所采用的MAC-PID串级控制算法实时性较好且易于实现,提高了成品带钢的板厚精度。

    Abstract:

    Product precision of the cold strip is decided by the control precision of hydraulic AGC system in cold rolling mill. However, PID control is mainly adopted in the current local hydraulic AGC system. Aiming at the hydraulic AGC system, model algorithm control was applied in the hydraulic screw-down servo system. MAC-PID cascade control was formed, combined with PID control of the strip thickness loop in hydraulic AGC system.At the same time, rolling experiment was carried out. The experiment result shows that the adopted MAC-PID cascade control algorithm is easily realized and the thickness precision of product strip is improved. And its real-time performance is excellence.
