    摘要:

    设计一台用于果核雕刻的专用设备,该设备不同于普通数控机床,而是采用并联机构。利用六连杆通过滑块带动活动平台产生各自由度的运动,控制雕刻笔实现对果核的雕刻。各连杆采用步进电机驱动,并通过Windows环境下的软件编程和运动控制器实现对整个雕刻系统的控制。同时,果核不同于普通工件,其形状不规则,且易碎,遂在设计雕刻机的同时,设计了一套专用夹具。

    Abstract:

    A special equipment is devised used for fruit pit carving, which is different from the ordinary numerical control (NC) machine tool, but uses the parallel mechanism. The six bar linkage was used through the slider driven platform produce various degrees of freedom (DOF) of motion, to control engraving pen of fruit pit carving. The each connecting rod was driven by stepping motor, and through the Windows environment of software programming and motion controller, the control of the whole engraving system was realized. At the same time, the fruit pit is different from the common workpiece, for it is irregular in shape and fragile in texture, hence during the design of the carving machine, a special fixture is also devised.
