    摘要:

    薄壁铝型材在光伏系统领域有着广泛的应用。为了保证薄壁铝型材的质量,对薄壁铝型材在线检测提出更高的要求。应用脉冲涡流对薄壁铝型材进行在线检测,通过信号调理电路对信号进行过滤使信号以高低电平输出,单片机对输出的高电平进行计数统计完成薄壁铝型材通孔的检测,将不合格品及时分拣出来,从而保证薄壁铝型材的质量。

    Abstract:

    Thin-walled aluminum has been widely used in the field of photovoltaic system. In order to guarantee the quality of thin wall aluminum, higher request is necessary for thin-walled aluminum on-line detection. Pulsed eddy current test was applied in thin-walled aluminum on-line detection. Signal was filtered and exported with high and low level of output voltage by the signal conditioning circuit. Then high level of output voltage was counted statistically to accomplish unqualified thin-walled aluminum hole detection.Finally unqualified products were picked out in time.This method can ensure the quality of thin wall aluminum.
