    摘要:

    切削用量的选择对刀具耐用度、产品的加工效率以及加工质量等都有直接影响。为选取合理的切削用量,以最大生产效率为目标,建立铣削加工优化模型。结合实际加工中不同约束限制,采用改进遗传算法(Multi-Island GA)对目标函数寻优求解。将优化后的结果与切削用量手册经验值相对比,切削用量的选取得到了有效改善,并提高了铣削加工的生产效率,且优化结果验证了算法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The choice of cutting parameters has a direct influence on tool life, products efficiency and quality. In order to select reasonable cutting parameters, taking the maximum productivity as the goal, a milling optimization model was constructed. Combined with the different constrains in practical processing, the improved genetic algorithm (Multi-Island GA) was used to find the optimal solution of objective function. Compared the optimized results with the empirical value of cutting manual, the selection of cutting parameters is improved effectively, the production efficiency is also improved, and the optimization results verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
