    摘要:

    根据电液比例阀的技术要求和检测方法,研制电液比例阀综合性能试验台,介绍该试验台控制系统及液压系统的组成,尤其是对电控驱动信号部分进行了改进设计,叠加了颤振信号。测试结果表明:该试验台测试精度高、性能稳定、拆装快速准确、测试时间短、测试结果可视化程度高、历史数据查询方便,可为电液比例阀的研制和在线检测提供可靠的测试依据和试验手段。

    Abstract:

    According to the technology requirements and detection methods of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,comprehensive performance test bed was developed for the electro-hydraulic proportional valve.The compositions of the test bench control system and hydraulic system were introduced,especially the electric drive signal part was improved designed,overlying flutter signal.The experimental results show that the test rig has advantages including high test precision,stable performance,fast disassembling,short test time,high visualization for test results,convenient query for historical data.It provides reliable testing basis and online detection methods for the development of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
