    摘要:

    对于现有的两种基于蓄能器和超级电容的复合储能式混合动力系统,哪种复合储能方式的燃油经济性更高还有待研究。以装载机为例,对当前出现的两种由能量转换装置、蓄能器(超级电容)和蓄电池构成的复合储能式混合动力系统的结构特点进行分析;从能量传递的角度计算再生制动系统的能量利用率;建立两种混合系统的Simulink模型,在4种典型作业方式下对其进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示:在4种典型工况环境下,基于蓄能器的复合储能式混合动力装载机燃油经济性更佳。对比分析为复合储能式混合动力系统的结构设计和应用提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    For the existing two kinds of composite energy storage hybrid system based on accumulators and ultra capacitor,which kind of composite energy storage type’s fuel economy is higher remains to be studied.Loader,for example,the structure characteristics of the two kinds of composite energy storage hybrid loader which were composed of energy storage device were analyzed.From the perspective of energy flow,the utilization of regenerative braking energy was calculated.Simulink models of the two hybrid system established under MATLAB were analyzed in four kinds of typical operation modes.The simulation results show that the composite energy storage type hybrid loader based on the accumulator has better fuel economy under the four kinds of typical working environment.The comparison will provide a basis for the design and application of the two composite energy storage hybrid systems.
