    摘要:

    针对异型陶瓷产品注浆成型、塑压成型等传统方法资源耗费大、适用范围窄,提出使用行星轮法旋压成型多边形异型陶瓷产品的方法。介绍了行星轮法加工原理及结构参数,给出了成型机的结构设计;通过变频器调整主轴转速、伺服电机通过丝杆螺母带动工作台上下运动,设计了PLC控制程序及触摸屏界面,实现了对成型工艺参数的调整和监控。使用结果表明,使用行星轮法旋压成型是一种高效可行的多边形异型陶瓷产品成型新工艺。

    Abstract:

    It is extremely resourceintensive and narrow applicable range by traditional forming method of noncircular ceramic products including slip casting and plastic compressing.Planetary wheel method was proposed for spinning forming of heterotype ceramic product.Firstly process principle and structure parameter of the planet wheel method were introduced, physical design of the molding machine was provided, speed of the main shaft was adjusted by transducer, vertical motion of the workbench was driven by servo motor by means of feed screw nut,PLC control program and touchscreen interface was designed, then the parameters of the forming process were regulated and monitored. Apply results show that spinning forming by planet wheel method is an effective and feasible new molding craft of heterotype ceramic products.
