Abstract:In order to better research and application to load sensitive variable pump,the working principle of the load sensitive variable pump was analyzed.On the basis of the mathematical model,the AMESim simulation software was used to model and simulate the load sensitive variable displacement pump.The simulation results are consistent with the practical work,and the accuracy of the model is verified.The difference between the pump pressure and the load pressure is consistent with the LS valve spring; output flow and load demand flow matching,has a good energy saving effect.The appropriate increase of LS spring stiffness is beneficial to the stable performance of the load sensing pump.Setting damping holes around the control oil port in the LS valve and constant pressure valve can effectively improve the stability and dynamic response of the pump.
