      根据实际工程需要并结合热力学第一定律,以某公司ES系列高速电主轴系统为例,分析其热源以及散热特性,并计算其主要热源产热参数以及散热系数等热分析参数。综合分析结果,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件建立有限元模型并进行热力学仿真研究,可得出电主轴系统各部分稳态温度分布云图以及达到热平衡时热源部分温度随时间变化曲线。结合实验分析验证仿真结论,并提出电主轴改进参考意见。
英文摘要:
      ccording to the actual project needs and combined with the first law of thermodynamics, a company’ s ES series high speed motorized spindle system is taken as an example. Its heat source and heat dissipation characteristics were analyzed, and the main heat source heat production parameters and the coefficient of heat transfer and thermal analysis were calculated. Comprehensive analysis results, through finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS to establish finite element model (FEM) and to do the thermodynamic simulation research, it can be concluded that motorized spindle system of each part of the steady state temperature distribution in the cloud and when reaching thermal equilibrium, the curve of heat source temperature changes over time. Combining with experimental analysis verification shows, the simulation results and motorized spindle to improve reference opinions are put forward.
