      为了优化智能调节阀控制系统的控制性能,对其控制算法进行深入研究。针对阀控缸气动系统时变、非线性的特性,利用模糊控制调整PID的参数。同时为了实现模糊PID的仿真验证,利用AMESim物理图形建模软件进行了被控对象的建模处理。通过分析特定情况下被控对象特性,求出符合特定情况下的某种传递函数,再应用MATLAB中的Signal Constraint模块对常规PID参数进行优化,获取了符合控制系统的PID 3个初始值。最后联合MATLAB和AMESim实现了对模糊PID控制算法的仿真分析,结果表明:智能模糊PID控制算法响应速度快、超调小、调节精度高、抗干扰能力强、稳态性能好,其调控性能明显优于常规PID控制,特别适用于具备时变、非线性等特性的控制系统。
英文摘要:
      In order to optimize the control performance of the control system of the intelligent control valve, the control algorithm is studied intensively. According to the characteristics of time varying and nonlinear of valve control cylinder pneumatic system, the parameters of proportional integral-differential (PID) were adjusted by fuzzy control. At the same time, in order to realize the simulation verification of fuzzy PID, the modeling process of the controlled object was simulated by using the AMESim physical graphics modeling software. Based on the analysis of specific characteristics of the controlled object for solution to conform to the particular case of a transfer function, then the application of MATLAB in the signal constraint module to optimize the routine PID parameters, in line with the control system PID three initial values were gotten. At last, combined with the MATLAB and AMESim, the fuzzy PID control algorithm simulation analysis was realized. The results show that the intelligent fuzzy PID control algorithm for high speed, small overshoot, high regulating precision, anti interference ability strong, and steady state performance good response, the control performance is obviously better than the routine PID control, especially for control system with time varying and nonlinear characteristics.
