    摘要:

    针对机械加工行业自动化生产线信号交互量大、逻辑处理复杂、系统配线量大等问题,使用三菱Q系列PLC,采用CC-Link现场总线方式,实现了某零件加工自动化生产线中机器人、机床、料道等设备之间信号和数据的交互。根据设计的CC-Link网络连接图,详细介绍了CCLink网络参数的设置。通过举例给出了信号交互的PLC控制程序。使用MELSOFT GT Designer3软件开发了自动化生产线监控系统,该系统可以实时监控设备的运行状态,并对CC-Link进行网络诊断。最终实现了汽车行业某零件加工自动线的控制和报警诊断。

    Abstract:

    The automatic production line in mechanical machining has the features of a large number of interactive signals, complicated logical handing and large amounts of distribution lines. In order to solve these problems, Mitsubishi Q-series programable logical controller (PLC) and control & communication link (CC-Link) field bus are used to realize the signals and data communication including robots, computer numbercial control (CNC) machines, forehearth and other devices. According to CC-Link network diagram, the setting of CC-Link network parameters was introduced in detail. The PLC control program to realize signals communication was given by taking an example. The monitoring system of automatic production line was developed by MELSOFT GT Designer3, which could monitor the running status of equipment and diagnose the CC-Link network communication. The control, alarm and diagnosis of machining of automatic production line of a certain part in automobile industry are realized finally.
