    摘要:

    纯电动压缩式垃圾车是一种节能减排型城市环卫车辆,但目前整车厂的设计思路是仅将燃油车底盘换成电动车底盘而未对上装液压系统作改进设计,因此不利于电池能量的有效利用,从而影响整车的续航里程和电池寿命。建立了传统上装液压系统的AMESim模型,仿真得到一个周期内各执行机构的能耗比例,得出影响能耗的主要因素是系统空流损耗和滑板上行的垃圾挤压力。结合纯电动车底盘的特点,提出了对上装系统改进的建议。

    Abstract:

    Electric driving compressed garbage trucks are the energy-saving and emissionreducing special vehicles for urban environmental sanitation.However.The manufactures only replace the engine-driving chassis with the electric driving chassis without improving the upperstructure hydraulic system.As a result,the electric energy in the battery isn’t effectively utilized and the driving range of the vehicles and the lifetime of the battery are shortened.The conventional upperstructure hydraulic system was modeled with AMESim software and the energy consumption of all actuators in one period was calculated.It was concluded that the key factors relating to energy consumption were the vehicleidling and garbage-compressing states.Several suggestions were given to improve the hydraulic system.
