    摘要:

    结合高速列车谱系化技术平台及系列车型研制的需求,以特征相似性分析为基础构建了高速列车转向架装配CAPP系统,实现了高速列车转向架装配工艺的快速变型设计。该系统首先输入转向架的CAD模型并从模型中提取出设计特征和工艺特征(即装配特征),然后以设计特征和装配特征为基础,将模板项目和实例项目进行相似度分析,得到相似度较高的模板车型,最后在模板的基础上做相应变型,生成新车型转向架的装配工艺规程。

    Abstract:

    Based on the high-speed train spectrum technology platform and series models developed by demand, on the basis of the characteristic similarity analysis to build a high-speed train bogie assembly Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) system, the high-speed train bogie rapid variant design of assembly process is realized. The system first type bogie could be derived from the computer aided design (CAD) model and the model design and process characteristics (that is the assembly feature), and then on the basis of design features and assembly, the template projects and instance similarity analysis were carried out to get higher similarity template models. Finally on the basis of the template variant accordingly, new car bogie variant assembly process planning is generatuated.
