    摘要:

    针对车载液压支撑系统的同步控制需求,提出一种支撑液压缸同步控制策略。建立非对称液压缸以及电液比例调速阀数学模型,以具体车载液压系统为研究对象,针对液压缸关于输出位移的负载容积函数,搭建了对应Simulink的模型,输出位移返回到液压缸负载容积进行迭代运算,对液压系统的动态特性进行了仿真分析。提出采用交叉耦合的控制方法对两支撑液压缸进行同步控制,通过仿真分析,表明该液压系统同步控制策略同步精度高、响应快速。

    Abstract:

    For the demand of synchronization control of a vehicle-monted hydraulic support system, a synchronization control strategy of support cylinders is presented. Mathematical models of asymmetric hydraulic cylinder and electro-hydraulic proportional control valve were established based on specific vehicle hydraulic system as the research object. With respect to the load volume function which depends on the output displacement of cylinder, corresponding Simulink model was built. Thus the output displacement was returned to volume function, while the iteration of the hydraulic system dynamic characteristics were simulated. And cross-coupling control method was adopted for synchronization control of the two cylinders. The results through simulation analysis show that the hydraulic system synchronization control strategy is good with high synchronization accuracy, fast response.
