    摘要:

    磁悬浮支承以其无机械接触的特点带来转子无摩擦、无需润滑、长寿命等优点,消除了机械磨损和摩擦。针对此提出了一种轴流式磁悬浮血泵的支承方法,该方法采用两个轴向永磁轴承和一个径向电磁轴承混合支承来实现转子的稳定悬浮。根据理论分析,完成对轴向永磁轴承的结构设计,并对轴向永磁轴承进行仿真分析。改变轴向永磁轴承的永磁环数目,分析轴承刚度和承载力的变化,结果表明,当每个轴向永磁轴承的动、静磁环各采用一对永磁环时,满足血泵的支承要求。

    Abstract:

    The magnetic bearings with characteristic of no mechanical contact have some advantages which are no friction, no need of lubrication and long service life, meanwhile eliminate the mechanical wear and friction. Therefore a support method for the implantable maglev blood pump is proposed. The support system was contained of two axial permanent magnetic bearing and a radial magnetic bearing to realize stable maglev of the rotor. The theoretical analysis was performed to complete the structural design and simulation analysis of the axial permanent magnetic bearing. The changes of bearing’s stiffness and load capacity were analyzed by changing the number of permanent magnetic ring of axial bearing. The results show especially, the support system can satisfy the requirement of the blood pump when static and dynamic magnetic rings of the axial bearing each uses a pair of permanent magnet rings.
