    摘要:

    前,针对机床的热误差补偿大都是由实验确定相应的数学模型来进行预测补偿。这样的方式受到了温度条件、加工条件、模型精准度等多因素的限制,使得在非实验条件下这样的方式往往失效。以机床的滚珠丝杠为例,从理论上去探究丝杠的热误差形成机制,再对其进行模拟仿真,并进行实验验证。二者对比表明:基于丝杠理论的仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合且在时间上同步,可实现热误差的自适应实时在线补偿。

    Abstract:

    At present, the thermal error compensation of machine too is aimed on and compensated with forecast, which were determined mostly by the corresponding mathematical model distracted from a number of experiments. This method was limited by numerous factors such as the temperature conditions, processing conditions, model precision and so on, which often led into failure in nonexperimental conditions. By making the machine tool of feed ball screw as an example, the theory of forming mechanism of thermal error of the ball screw was explored, then simulating the mechanism, and finally doing experiments to verify. The comparison between simulation and experiment shows that the simulation results based on the ball screw thermal error's theory mechanism are coincident with the experimental results basically and can be synchronized with time. It proves that the simulation can realize the adaptive real time compensation of thermal error.
