    摘要:

    为解决液压综合性能试验台在负载模拟状态下的故障,从液压动力系统低速稳定性角度,通过建立变频电机机械特性模型,分析不同转速下其输出特性曲线,阐述该故障的发生机制;结合该液压试验台动力系统特点,给出故障解决方案,并对其进行验证。实验结果表明:该方案能有效解决液压综合性能试验台因加载冲击导致的停机故障,对诊断液压系统故障、保障液压综合试验台安全稳定运行具有指导和借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve fault in the comprehensive performance hydraulic test rig under the load simulation condition,the output characteristic curves under different rotating speed were analyzed from the low speed stability of hydraulic power system,the occurrence mechanism of the fault was expounded through the establishment of mechanical characteristics of variablefrequency motor model.Combined with the characteristics of the dynamic system of the hydraulic test rig,the corresponding processing method was proposed,and its validation was carried out.The results show that the method can effectively solve the fault of the comprehensive performance hydraulic test rig.It has great guidance and reference significance to protect the safe and stable operation of hydraulic test rig.
